Taste of Home VS Weight Watchers

The year before last Mark got me the Taste of Home simple and delicious cookbook for christmas. The recipes all look amazing! The only thing i am doing, is making them all weight watchers friendly! Here are the recipes i have made and the point value...

Asparagus Chicken Sandwich-6 SP whole sandwich
The sauce includes: sour cream, lemon, garlic, paprika, parm cheese, dijon and Italian seasoning. Add tomato, asparagus, and 4 oz of chicken to each sandwich.

Creamy Italian Chicken-9 SP for 1 C chicken
Easy crockpot meal! Raw chicken, dry Italian seasoning (i use the one to make a dressing), water, cream of mushroom soup and cream cheese. Serve with what ever you like. Im a pasta girl!

 Mexican Chicken Alfredo-6 SP for 1 C
By far my favorite meal in the whole book! I have made this more times than i can count! SUPER EASY! Pasta, alfredo, chicken, onion, parm cheese, salsa and taco seasoning.

Spinach Pizza-8 SP whole pizza
Flat out crust, alfredo, spinach, tomato and moz.

Pizza Grilled Cheese-7 SP whole sandwich
Bread, red sauce, pepperoni and cheese of choice.

Tater Tot Taco Salad-14.5 SP for the whole plate
Ground turkey, taco mix, cheese, tater tots, salsa and sour cream. What ever veggies you want, i did lettuce and onion.

Kielbasa Tortellini Alfredo-9SP for 1 C
Holy Yum! Another great one. Tortellini, kielbasa, red pepper, tomatoes, and alfredo.

Chicken Melt-9SP whole sandwich
Cinnamon raisin bread, cheese of choice, and chicken/turkey. You can put on a spread, i chose not to on this one.

Speedy Sheppards Pie-Not WW friendly!
So this one i was going to make WW friendly, however my fiancĂ© wanted it, so i made it "real." Ground beef taco seasoning, creamed corn, mashed potato and cheese. WW friendly i would have done ground turkey, corn, and mashed cauliflower. Maybe next time!

I have 6 more recipes picked out from the book to make WW friendly this week! Will be sure to put those on here once they are done!
Yum Yum
