Work!! Fitness!! Success??

Tonight is friday, and typically i am excited that tomorrow i have the day off, to just hang out and relax. But this time around i decided to pick up an admission for one of my jobs, and i picked up another admission for another one of my jobs. Making two admissions tomorrow, on my "day off". I want to start picking up more work, and not feel so worried about money. That would be nice! What i have started to do is for every pay check i get 15% goes into my savings and 15% goes into my vacation fund. That way i am working hard, but it allows me almost an "allowance" to have fun! Now that i am getting more work, it is time to focus on my fitness. Mark had asked me what i did last time to make it work, and the truth was that i did classes. Back Yard Makeover

As i had posted before, the backyard of the house i bought was pretty awful when i moved in. You can see the full extent of the back yard here . The person who owned the house before me loved to garden, and she just let it go. The gardens were all over grown. Below are the before pics. You will be able to see all the areas of overgrown gardens.  A view from the far corner.  This is the raised garden in the middle. You can barely even see the back yard with how much is back here. Below are the during pics of trying to make the back yard better. It took a lot of weeding and digging.   We took the bricks from the raised garden and turned it into the fireplace. After we had weeded just a little, we found this patio that was already there. Perfect for the fire pit.   The raised garden after taking out the bricks. We started to smooth out the dirt. A Birth Story

Half of below i had typed out to my new son so he knew his birth story, so that is why it sounds like i am talking to him. Sunday 3/25 I went into the hospital to be induced. Induction was interesting. They inserted a balloon that night and told me that in the morning the real process would start. The night of the 25th i didn't get much sleep. I fortunately had my husband and mother there with me. Monday 3/26-they started the pitocin. I labored all day without any medication. Around noon the doctor came in and broke my water. The water had meconium in it so the doctor told me that when it was time for my to give birth they would have a NICU team there just incase the baby swallowed any. Monday evening the pressure and pain was awful and starting to become more than i could handle. Through tears i decided it was time to get an epidural.
